One of the most sought-after live auction items at our Virtual Candlelight Dinner back in May was the opportunity to take part in our inaugural True North Artist Sip & Stroll event. And on Friday, September 24th, Sip & Stroll auction winners Houston and Kristen Netherland, along with a group of their guests, got to cash in on this auction item by taking part in a unique, curated experience along Heights Boulevard, complete with wine, food, and a reception.
Led by Chris Silkwood, one of True North’s curators, the group toured four of the eight sculptures prominently displayed on the boulevard, along with three of True North 2021’s talented artists: Anthony Suber, Bill Peck, and David Adickes.
This event would not have been possible without Sonoma Wine Bar & Restaurant – The Heights providing the delicious food and wine, Heights Ironworks inviting us into their beautiful historic venue, Buddy Welter and Elite Air & Ground Services taking care of the driving, and Danielle Stewart with Historic Heights Living (HHA Business Member), who conceptualized this evening. Thank you all for making this such a special experience!
