Rainy weather threatened to put a damper on our Encore 2021 Heights Bicycle Rally & Scavenger Hunt, but the sun came out just enough for our riders to safely hit the streets and trails looking for clues.

156 riders joined in on the family-friendly fun, which kicked off on Saturday, October 2nd and concluded Sunday, October 3rd at 5 PM. Thank you to everyone who participated! We hope you all enjoyed putting your brains to the test while rollin’ around the Heights.

We’re excited to say the results are in, and the winners are…

Thanks so much to EQ HeightsBlue Line Bike Lab, and Wandering Star Adventure Emporium for supplying the gift card prizes for the scavenger hunt winners.

Our tiebreaker question for the scavenger hunt asked participants to guess how many magnolia leaves fit in the jar at the Fire Station. The correct answer was 24 leaves!

We want to give a HUGE round of applause to Kristen Guzman-Drake for chairing this event! She has been such a great leader and we appreciate her and her committee for coordinating a magnificent rally. She would like to give a big shout-out to all the new members on the committee that made this a memorable event. They are planning another rally for next year so keep your eyes open for more details.

Finally, we’d like to give a special thank you to all our fall sponsors who made this event possible:
