The Memorial Heights Redevelopment Authority/TIRZ 5 is applying for grants to rebuild Shepherd and Durham from 6th Street to I-610, and the Board of Directors of MHRA will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. at the Houston Heights City Hall and Fire Station to discuss these potential capital improvements in the district and receive comments and questions from the public.
