Everything starts at 6:30 pm with an update from 2020 HHA President Damian Ogier on what’s new in the neighborhood and important details about our upcoming fall events.

The evening will continue with a program by guest speakers Lisa Kasianowitz (Outreach Manager) & Marissa Llosa (Conservation Manager) from Houston Parks Board.

Engaged in creating, improving, protecting and advocating for parks for all, the nonprofit organization Houston Parks Board is excited to showcase its signature park projects, including the citywide Bayou Greenways 2020 project and the latest Beyond the Bayous study. A keen focus on its conservation work, highlighting restored prairies, reforestation projects, and wetland installations, will also be a key feature of the presentation. Learn about how their work is helping to transform Houston in a greener and more connected city and learn how YOU can be involved with being a part of meaningful change that will last for generations to come!
