We’re full of love for the Heights and we want to share the love with you at our annual Valentine-themed community meeting! Join us for “heart”-y refreshments, super sweet door prizes, and a chance to meet Houston Heights Association ambassadors, volunteers, and committee chairs. Get to know the HHA’s valuable groups and committees that help make a difference in our community: Boulevard Beautification, Heights Garden Club, Constable Patrol, Land Use, Education, Fun Run & many more. Maybe you’ll even be struck by cupid’s arrow and fall in love with one of these committees—we always welcome passionate neighbors who are looking to get involved!

You also don’t want to miss this meeting because former HHA President Bill Baldwin will be presenting the vision for our “Donovan Park Reimagined” campaign, which will be run by the newest HHA committee, Friends of Donovan Park. The campaign will call upon neighbors to both donate capital to help redesign and rebuild Donovan Park and to actively contribute to the possibilities for its new design.

The informal happy hour/mix and mingle portion of the meeting, where you can chat with committee chairs and your neighbors, begins at 6:30 PM. Then, starting at 7 PM, we’ll move forward with the “Donovan Park Reimagined” presentation and our committee chairs will tell everyone all about their committees.
