Our June General Meeting will be all about what infrastructure is in the works and coming soon to the Greater Heights area! This month’s featured speakers will be:

• Margaret Dunlap, Sr. Public Affairs for Metro, presenting the plans for the impending expansion of I-10 in the Heights,
• Chloe Hamilton, Humane Education and Community Outreach Manager for the SPCA, who may just have some pets for adoption, and
• Sherry Weesner, P.E., President of the Memorial Heights Redevelopment Authority (TIRZ 5), on the Shepherd/Durham corridor project.

As always, the first half hour of our meeting is all about mixing and mingling with the neighbors with refreshments provided by the HHA…not to mention door prizes and an update from the HHA leadership.
