26th Annual VIRTUAL Candlelight Dinner & Auction

It broke our hearts to have to cancel last year’s Candlelight Dinner & Auction, but we’re thrilled to announce that this beloved annual event is returning this spring, on Saturday, May 1, from 6-9 PM!

PURCHASE A TABLE OR INDIVIDUAL TICKET

In an effort to remain mindful of social distancing and keeping our community safe, we’ve reimagined this year’s Candlelight Dinner & Auction as a virtual event. That means on May 1st, neighbors will be enjoying intimate, gourmet dinners all over the Heights while tuning in for a short program and the live auction! Since our silent auction moved to a nifty mobile platform a few years ago, not much will change there, as you will once again be able to bid on silent auction items until the auction comes to an end that night.

With each ticket purchase, you will receive a 4-course gourmet meal with a wine pairing and virtual program/auction info. Each table will select ONE entree for their table. The entree options are Beef, Chicken or Fish (Please let us know if you have a Vegetarian exception). The beef entree will be paired with a red wine and the chicken and fish entrees will be paired with a white wine.

More Details:

Individual ticket purchasers and tables of 2 will pick up their meals from the Heights Fire Station (107 W 12th St.) between noon and 6 PM on Saturday, May 1, while tables of 4 or more will have their meals delivered to their homes (Deliveries are only to the 77007, 77008 and 77009 zip codes). Note that all ticket purchasers have the option of picking up their meals from the Fire Station. In addition, tables of 8 and 10 will have a waiter for a total of 4 hours (including pickup of food at the Fire Station) at their home to assist with serving and cleanup.

We hope you’ll take part in this special event, which is a great way for you not only to support the HHA, but also local retailers and artists via the silent and live auction.

Tickets are now on sale!

Tables include 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2 guests. Individual tickets are available as well. Tickets are $150 each and the deadline for purchasing a ticket is 5 PM on Friday, April 23rd!
