15th Annual Houston Heights Bicycle Rally & Scavenger Hunt

This year we will be moving our annual Bicycle Rally & Scavenger Hunt from the fall to Memorial Day weekend! We are excited to offer this event as a fun way for our neighbors to get out and explore the neighborhood in a unique way, while also being able to maintain social distancing.

The Rally & Scavenger Hunt is open to riders of all ages and designed as a casual, self-paced ride. Entrants can choose between a 15-mile course through the greater Heights neighborhoods, or a shorter 5-mile ride designed for kids and their adult companions. THIS IS NOT A RACE – ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR HELMETS.

Each entrant will be issued a rally map and a scavenger hunt clue list. The clue list describes a sight or object that can be seen along the rally course. The person(s) who finds the most mystery objects will be named the winner of the scavenger hunt. Completed scavenger hunt answer sheets should be placed in the mail slot at the Houston Heights Fire Station (107 W. 12th Street). Due to COVID-19, all participants must plan to provide their own water and make accommodations to find restrooms on their own. In addition, we encourage ALL participants to follow the city, county, state and federal guidelines for social distancing.
