On January 10, 2024 at 6:00pm at the Heights Fire Station, the Land Use Committee will host an informational meeting and workshop to assist residents with Special Minimum Lot Size (SMLS) renewals and new applications. If your property is identified below, your SMLS protection is expiring within the next 90 days, or has already expired, and will require a new application.
