On January 10, 2024 at 6pm at the Heights Fire Station, the Land Use committee will be hosting an informational meeting and workshop to assist residents with Special Minimum Lot Size (SMLS) renewals or new applications. If your property is identified below, your SMLS protection is expiring within the next 90 days, or has already expired, and will require a new application.
