From a historic fire station to beloved neighborhood parks — HHA owns and stewards some of the Heights' most cherished spaces, available for events and open to the community.
Our Spaces
The Houston Heights Association owns and operates several properties along Heights Boulevard — maintaining them as community gathering places, event venues, and green spaces that serve the entire neighborhood. Proceeds from rentals and memberships fund their ongoing care.
One of Houston Heights' most iconic landmarks, the historic Fire Station is owned and operated by the Houston Heights Association. With its stunning Victorian architecture and rich neighborhood history, it's a one-of-a-kind venue for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and more.
A charming green space on Heights Boulevard at 18th Street, home to the award-winning Kaiser Pavilion — designed to echo the turret of the historic Cooley mansion that once stood on this lot. The park is a popular venue for weddings, birthday parties, and community gatherings.
Operated by the Houston Heights Association, Donovan Park is a beloved community playground on Heights Boulevard featuring climbing structures, swings, and slides for all ages. Visit anytime — free of charge. HHA is actively working to reimagine and restore the park through community donations.
