Step inside the studio\, meet the artists\, and explore the inspiration\, materials\, and techniques behind the work. \n        Along the way you’ll see current works in progress\, learn about each studio’s creative practice\, and enjoy light refreshments in a welcoming\, informal setting. Shepherd Dr. \n              \n                              Houston-based artist who taught drawing and printmaking at Rice University from 1980 to 2021. Her work encompasses the experiences of women. Kittelson serves on the faculty of the UH School of Art. His practice includes studio-generated works in a multitude of media and large-scale public art projects\, exhibited in museums and galleries nationally and internationally. \n                              Carter Ernst. Ernst earned her BFA in painting at the University of Houston and later returned to UH for an MFA in sculpture. Wilson received a BFA in sculpture from Louisiana State University and an MFA from the University of Houston. His work has been shown in numerous solo exhibitions\, nationally and internationally. \n                              Magda Boltz-Wilson. Printmaker and photographer. He uses his work to advocate for the environment and often uses recycled materials\, and has shown in museums\, universities\, galleries\, and public spaces. \n                            \n              \n                Open in Google Maps ↗\n                              \n            \n          \n                  \n            \n                              \n                          \n            \n              7Sculpture\n              John Carroll Runnels\n              305 E. 11th St. \n              \n                              Runnels earned his BFA from the University of Southern Mississippi.
